Log in to your Account
- Go to ascp.org/login
- Log in using your ASCP Customer ID (8-digit number) & password

Update Your Contact Information
- Log in to your ASCP Account
- Click Profile & Settings
- Confirm information is correct and up-to-date
- Make any necessary changes and click Save
Name Change Request
Name change requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of official documentation (i.e., marriage license or court order)
- Log in to your ASCP Account
- Click Profile & Settings
- Click Request Name Change
- Fill out the online form
- Upload your name change document as a PDF and click Submit
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will be notified by email when your name change request has been completed.
Check the Status of Your Application
- Log in to your ASCP Account
- Under BOC Activities, click Completed BOC Exam Applications
- Click Show Details for current status
Find your ASCP BOC Certification Number
- Log in to your ASCP Account
- Under BOC Activities, click BOC Home Page
- Select Click here to view certifications
To access your CMP Renewal Notification letter:
- Log in to your ASCP Account
- On your My Account page, under the BOC Activities section, click View CMP Declarations
- Find the most recent submission and click Show Details
- Click View CMP Renewal Notification to confirm your CMP completion
- Acknowledge receipt by clicking the Agree and Continue tab
- At the bottom, you can:
- Print the CMP Renewal Letter
- Send results/verification to a third-party
