Manage Your Account 


The ASCP Board of Certification (ASCP BOC) uses email as the primary form of communication. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date.

Sometimes ASCP emails get flagged as junk or spam. You may check the status of your applications (examination and CMP declaration) at any time by logging in to your ASCP account.

Log in to your Account

  1. Go to ascp.org/login
  2. Log in using your ASCP Customer ID (8-digit number) & password
  3. For assistance, contact ASCP Customer Relations at 800.267.2727

Update Your Contact Information

  1. Log in to your ASCP Account
  2. Click Profile & Settings
  3. Confirm information is correct and up-to-date
  4. Make any necessary changes and click Save

Name Change Request 

Name change requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of official documentation (i.e., marriage license or court order)

  1. Log in to your ASCP Account
  2. Click Profile & Settings
  3. Click Request Name Change
  4. Fill out the online form
  5. Upload your name change document as a PDF and click Submit 

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will be notified by email when your name change request has been completed. 

Check the Status of Your Application

  1. Log in to your ASCP Account
  2. Under BOC Activities, click Completed BOC Exam Applications
  3. Click Show Details for current status
