Credentialing Data Requests  


The American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC) promotes validated data, available in Examination & Credential Insights, Analytics, & Practice Analysis Reports, to advance research and advocacy on behalf of patients and professionals.   

In addition, the ASCP BOC recognizes the value of tailored data for research, presentation, and/or publication purposes. The ASCP BOC has expertise to accept data requests and deliver specified data insights and analytics to fuel professional research by individuals and organizations.   

To request specified data insights and views, please provide the following required documentation: 

  1. Application for Use of ASCP BOC Credentialing Data
  2. Letter of approval from designating Institutional Review Board (IRB) (as applicable) 
If your application is approved to proceed, you will be required to sign a Data Sharing and Usage Agreement.

All data requests are subject to ASCP BOC review and approval. Data request fees are required for each submission along with fees for approved projects. Please allow 8 – 12 weeks from point of approval for fulfilment of data requests.
