The American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC) Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Response Task Force was created to address changes and interpretations of CLIA, a set of U.S. federal regulations that govern clinical laboratory testing.
CLIA Response Task Force volunteers must be acquainted with CLIA regulations that govern clinical laboratory testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of patient test results.
Volunteers sign conflict of interest forms and are expected to adhere to the ASCP BOC Volunteer Code of Conduct
