Maintain your program information

The American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC) appreciates the work that you do for your students, your communities, and the patients served. Help us help you by ensuring we have current information about your program and are notified when there are changes.

Program Information

In order to ensure appropriate access to the EEV and PPR, make sure to contact PDInfo@ascp.org to notify the ASCP BOC of changes in the program, including:

Program Director
Program Director name or email
Program address
Program status

Providing Additional Users Access to the PPR

If there is a faculty member, an Education Coordinator, or someone else who should also have access to the PPR information, please email PDinfo@ascp.org with the following:

name of the institution
category of program and six-digit school code (MLS-123456)
name and email address of individuals who should have access

Please note that the Program Director will remain the only person able to access the Exam Eligibility Verification (EEV) to verify students’ completion of the program and the annual PPR invoice.
