Maintain your Program Information

The American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC) appreciates the work that you do for your students, your communities, and the patients you serve. Help us help you by ensuring we have current information about your program and are notified promptly of any changes.

Program Information

To ensure appropriate access to the Examination Eligibility Verification (EEV) and Program Performance Report (PPR), make sure to contact PDInfo@ascp.org to notify the ASCP BOC of changes in the program, including:

program director
program director name or email
program address
program status

Providing Additional Users Access to the PPR

If there is a faculty member, educator, education or clinical coordinator, or someone else associated with your program who should also have access to your program's PPR, the program director on record should email PDinfo@ascp.org with the following information:

name of the institution
category of program and six-digit school code (MLS-123456)
name and email address of individuals who should have access

Please note that the program director will remain the only person with access to the EEV to verify students’ successful completion of the program and the annual PPR invoice.
