Submitting Transcripts or Foreign Transcript Evaluations

Official transcripts and foreign transcript evaluations should be submitted electronically. We have partnered with trusted third-party providers to securely and efficiently receive electronic transcripts from educational institutions and transcript evaluation agencies

Submit Electronically

See if you can order your official transcript from Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse, or if your foreign transcript evaluation agency provides electronic submission of evaluations. When using these vendors, select the ASCP Board of Certification as the recipient of your electronic transcript or transcript evaluation. If you do not select the current recipient, you may be required to order, pay for, and submit another document to the ASCP BOC.

Institutions or Agencies

If your educational institution or chosen foreign transcript evaluation agency manages electronic transcripts or transcript evaluations independently, they must be sent to the ASCP BOC from an official representative:

If you are unable to submit transcripts or transcript evaluations electronically, send them by mail to:

Do not send transcripts or transcript evaluations through the mail if you have already submitted them electronically, as this slows the processing of all applications.

Allow for an additional 2 weeks for the processing of all transcripts and transcript evaluations submitted by mail.
