Opioid Use Disorder May Increase Risk Of Death From Sepsis, Researchers Say

Healio (2/18) reports researchers found that “opioid use disorder increased the risk for death from sepsis, especially among young and healthy patients.” The findings were presented at the Society of Critical Care Medicine’s Critical Care Congress.
