Evotec Acquires Sanofi’s Infectious Disease Unit.

Fierce Biotech (6/18, Taylor) reports Evotec has acquired Sanofi’s infectious disease unit. Under the deal, Sanofi will “transfer 100 employees, more than 10 drug candidates and €60 million ($70 million) upfront to” Evotec.
