Infectious Disease Advisor (1/28, Basilio) reports, “The coadministration of mRNA-1345 respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine with seasonal influenza or COVID-19 vaccines is safe and elicits noninferior immune responses when compared with individual administration of these vaccines, according to study findings.” The researchers said, “Future studies that evaluate the longer-term safety and effectiveness following coadministration of these respiratory vaccines across various population groups are needed.” The findings were published in The Lancet Infectious Diseases.
