Jessica Moye, PhD, MB(ASCP)^CM, HCLD(ABB), is a laboratory director based in Louisville, KY, and holds clinical laboratory professional licensure in Nevada, Tennessee, and California, as well as multiple New York Certificates of Qualification, including Genetic Testing. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Dallas and her doctorate from Baylor College of Medicine. 

Dr. Moye is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and completed its Medical Devices certificate program. She currently serves as the laboratory director for two HealthTrackRx laboratories, including HealthTrackRx at Labport. In addition, she leads the company’s Quality Assurance Department. 

Her professional interests include navigating the regulatory landscape for emerging molecular diagnostic technologies and developing innovative quality management systems tailored to high-volume molecular testing environments. She is also deeply committed to educating laboratory professionals and leadership on the safe and effective implementation of cutting-edge molecular diagnostics.
