Rose Hanna, DCLS, MS, MLS(ASCP)^CM, is the director of Clinical Laboratory Operations at Exai Bio. She is board certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and earned her Doctorate, master’s, and bachelor's degrees in clinical laboratory science from Rutgers University.  

Dr. Hanna’s career bridges clinical diagnostics and biotech innovation, with a focus on improving patient outcomes through early detection and monitoring technologies. At Exai Bio, she leads laboratory operations and strategic implementation of RNA-based diagnostic platforms. She is a member of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS), where she has served on the Patient Safety Committee. Dr. Hanna is deeply committed to patient-centered care, operational excellence, and advancing the role of the clinical laboratory in modern healthcare. Among her professional interests, Dr. Hanna is passionate about diagnostic innovation, laboratory leadership, and mentoring future clinical laboratory professionals.
