ASCP has career development offerings that can meet your needs to include professional mentor sessions, a course to help position yourself as an ideal candidate, workshops, roundtables, mock interviews and more that will be offered in conjunction with the ASCP 2021 Annual Meeting in Boston, Oct. 27-29.
Reach out to professionals throughout the community, nation and world to learn more about their fields’ industry demands, career expectations, job outlook and career opportunities by meeting with a professional mentor. Both faculty volunteers and ASCP employees participate in this program and are available to meet with you. Availability for scheduled, half-hour one-on-one mentor sessions will be made available leading up to and during the ASCP 2021 Annual Meeting.
Back by popular demand this year are workshops led by experts in career planning, resume building, negotiation skills, online job search and more. There will also be mock interviews led by volunteers and ASCP staff, as well as experts in the laboratory field to present many career building opportunities that help build and sustain a successful career path.
