Mississippi Counts 33 West Nile Virus Cases This Year.

The AP (9/17) reports Hinds and Rankin Counties in central Mississippi have counted new West Nile virus cases, “bringing the state’s total to 33 so far this year.” The state has “among the highest numbers of serious West Nile infections nationwide.”
