ASCP will recognize Wednesday, April 7, as World Health Day (WHO) and a call to action to eliminate health inequities as part of the World Health Organization’s year-long global campaign to bring people together to build a fairer, healthier world. Take a moment to view this video narrated by ASCP Chief Medical Officer Dan A. Milner, Jr., MD, MSc(Epi), MBA, FASCP, as he talks about ASCP’s work with the WHO’S Global Breast Cancer Initiative, which aims to improve the provision of early detection, rapid diagnostic testing and comprehensive breast cancer treatment to women in under-resourced countries around the world.
