Biden Extends Public Health Emergency

President Joe Biden has extended the national emergency concerning the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic via a presidential notice. The national emergency first went into effect when former President Donald Trump initiated the emergency on March 13, 2020. Biden’s extension of the national emergency has no specified end date.
