Shanise Keith CPT (NHA)
Shanise is the founder of the Center for Phlebotomy Education. With more than 11 years of experience, she has held roles as a phlebotomy and medical assisting instructor, as well as program coordinator. Her professional background also includes work in forensic phlebotomy, emergency department technology, and as an EMT.
Lisa Ballou MLT (ASCP)
Lisa is an experienced laboratory professional and healthcare project manager with a strong background in customer service, strategic planning, and cross-functional team leadership. Her expertise spans both technical and managerial aspects of laboratory operations, making her a valuable contributor to initiatives focused on quality improvement and effective healthcare delivery.
