Resources for Program Directors

The BOC provides the following resources:

Program Directors Guide to Certification – an eBook to provide you with all the information you need to know to assist you and your students through the certification process. This booklet is especially helpful for new program directors.

BOC eLinks – newsletters produced eight times per year with all the latest information from the ASCP BOC. An archive of past eLinks is available here.

Program Director FAQs – have questions regarding the certification process, program performance reports, or examination eligibility verification (EEV) reports? The answer may be right here!

The "Program Director's Guide to Certification" includes detailed information to help program directors assist their students through the certification process.

The BOC Program Directors Group is an open group for directors of laboratory programs, as well as education coordinators and clinical coordinators, whose students seek BOC certification. This group is open to all ABHES, CAAHEP and NAACLS program directors, education coordinators, and clinical coordinators. Join here.

As of January 1, 2017, all access to the Program Performance Report is through the Program Director’s ASCP account. Please click here to access the 2017 PPR User’s Guide.
