Laboratory orders the program any time during the year, and chooses their preferred start date from a rolling 12-month delivery calendar.
Payment includes program fee plus individual participant fees.
ASCP sends information confirming program start date with a detailed schedule of shipments to the laboratory program Site Coordinator.
Laboratory receives quarterly shipments of glass-slide cases for review over a 10-day period.
Laboratory submits participant and lab response forms to ASCP by FAX.
ASCP sends back target answers to the Site Coordinator within 24 hours along with details regarding online access to the educational case studies.
After each mailing, laboratory and participant peer-comparison statistics are provided by email to the Site Coordinator.
Participants log in to education home to view transcript records and CME/CMLE Certificates documenting participation once results are distributed.
Upon program completion, comprehensive, detailed summary laboratory and individual peer-comparison results are provided.
