Honoring Service: ASCP Customer Service Week

In honor of our diverse and passionate community, ASCP is celebrating Customer Service Week, during this first week of October. From our dedicated support team to our invaluable members, we are proud to recognize our staff, volunteers and members who make ASCP an organization that is stronger, together.

To thank you for your continued passion and support, ASCP is offering a special discount during Customer Service Week.

This year, ASCP focused on enhancing a significant number of our services, including:

  • Reaching out: Our staff communicated with members using comprehensive surveys to find out how we could improve your experience, online, in print, and in person.
  • Going online: ASCP unveiled a mobile app for our 2012 Annual Meeting, and are in the process of creating a BOC test prep app for smart devices. Our Membership Councils also developed online toolkits to provide a roadmap of resources for our diverse professional audience.
  • Building relationships: We provide complimentary one-year memberships for newly-certified laboratory professionals, pathologists, and pathologists-in-training.

In the upcoming years, we are committed to perfecting the benefits, outreach and education experience for our members.

Above & Beyond: Our Customer Support team
Every year at ASCP, we honor the customer service staff who go above and beyond to provide solutions and services for our members. We also nominate individual ASCP staff members who demonstrated exceptional dedication to supporting our members. Stay tuned for ASCP’s 2012 Above & Beyond Award Winners!
