Board of Directors

The ASCP Board of Directors governs the activities of the Society and is responsible for its fiscal viability and for achieving the mission of the Society.

The Board of Directors is composed of the Officers, the Immediate Past President, five At-Large Directors who are Fellows, and three At-Large Directors who are Members, as well as the following ex-officio members: the Chairs of the Fellow Council, the Council of Laboratory Professionals and the Resident Council, the Chair-elect of the Council of Laboratory Professionals and the Chair of the Board of Governors of the ASCP Board of Registry.

The Officers of the Society are the President, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
