Register early to secure your space
All ASCP courses have capacity limitations and all registrations are subject to these limitations including walk-in registrations.
To avoid duplicate billing, DO NOT mail the registration form to ASCP if you have phoned or faxed your registration. Written confirmation of your registration will be mailed. Hotel accommodations, meals and parking are not included in course fees.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued for cancellations received in writing no later than seven days prior to the start of a meeting. Refunds are not issued for cancellations received after the seven day deadline; however, substitution with another person is permitted. ASCP reserves the right to cancel a program due to circumstances beyond its control or for insufficient registration. Registrants will be notified immediately and allowed to substitute a session or obtain a full refund. The Society is not responsible for penalties incurred as a result of cancelled transportation.
Course Materials
A CD-ROM or on-line download of all course materials and representative images is included with your registration. This CD or download is available in advance to all attendees and on-site to late registrants. No paper handouts are available, with the exception of the multi-day pathology Educational Courses.
