Register early to secure your space

To avoid duplicate billing, DO NOT mail the registration form to ASCP if you have phoned or faxed your registration. Written confirmation of your registration will be mailed.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued for cancellations received in writing no later than seven days prior to the start of a meeting. Refunds are not issued for cancellations received after the seven day deadline; however, substitution with another person is permitted. ASCP reserves the right to cancel a program due to circumstances beyond its control or for insufficient registration.

Teleconferences Program Materials

A download of all program materials is included with your registration. This download is available 1–2 weeks in advance of the live conference to all attendees. After each program, an audio CD, which includes all program materials, will be mailed to you. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery.
