How do I become a member?
If you are a laboratory professional required to or voluntarily choosing to participate in the Certification Maintenance
Program (CMP)you can choose our re.member® plan, a membership plan that includes an organizational and tracking
tool designed to helplaboratory professionals manage their recertification requirements entirely online.

If you are a laboratory professional certified by the ASCP Board of Certification in one or more categories, but you are not
required to participate in CMP, download or print out the membership application.
