ASCP Announces a New Member Benefit: Free Shipping

The American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), in a nod to the growing need to find ways to cut costs in a challenging economy, has announced that all members will receive a new benefit: free domestic shipping on all online orders. This benefit applies to all orders placed at www.ascp.org beginning July 1, 2009. There is no minimum order requirement to receive free shipping.

This is good news, especially for customers of ASCP Press, one of the country’s leading medical publishers. Recently published titles include:

  • Dr. Gene Gulati’s Blood Cell Morphology Grading Guide, a compact spiralbound companion to Blood Cells: An Atlas of Morphology. Purchasers of both volumes will enjoy free shipping and save up to $55 on the special bundle price
  • The new 3rd edition of Dr. Freida Carson’s Histotechnology: A Self-Instructional Text – a “must” for anyone preparing for the ASCP HTL certification examination. ASCP members enjoy free shipping and save $35 off the list price

In addition to online orders for books, ASCP members will benefit from free domestic shipping on orders for the print version of LabQ, a popular self-study program for laboratory professionals.
