If you have Microsoft Word, you should download the short answer form*. After completing the short answers, save the completed form to your computer. You will have an opportunity to upload your answers during the application process.
If you do not have Microsoft Word or are having problems downloading the document above, simply choose two of these four questions and answer in no more than 500 words. You can email your answers directly to Global.Outreach@ascp.org.
Short Answer Questions:
- Why are you interested in serving as a consultant for this project?
- What are your experiences working in another culture or in a culturally diverse environment? How did you deal with the cultural and/or language barriers?
- Describe your experiences teaching or mentoring someone in one of the following areas: Chemistry, CD4, Hematology, Phlebotomy, Quality Assurance, or Laboratory Management.
- What are the personal and professional strengths you hope to bring to the project?
