A Third Party Verification Request link will be made available on the online examinee score report providing instructions for requesting verification of certification to be submitted to a third party, such as a State licensing board or employer. Third party verification requests may also be made by going to this link. Do not place a third party verification request until successful completion of the examination and receipt of your score report.
