What to bring to the examination center. When examinees arrive at the examination center, they must present two forms of valid Identification: one primary ID with a photo and signature and one secondary ID with a signature, and the admission letter to the examination proctor. The name on the primary and the secondary ID must match the name on the admission letter. The identification must be valid (not expired) or it will not be accepted.
YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOU TO THE TEST CENTER:
- A copy of your Admission Letter received via email from ASCP
- Primary ID with photo and signature
- One other form of personal ID
If you appear without the proper identification, you will not be permitted to take the examination and you will be required to submit a new application form and fee to reapply for examination.
The examinee’s photograph and fingerprints will be taken at the examination center. This is standard procedure at all Pearson Professional Centers. A checklist of rules will be provided to each examinee. Another fingerprint will be taken before the examinee is seated in the examination room and if the examinee leaves the room at any time during the examination.
Only non-programmable calculators may be brought to the examination center. Writing material for calculations will be provided to the examinees by the test center. Do not bring reference books, notes or other study materials to the examination center.
