CheckPath Clinical Pathology 2008
This quarterly competency assessment program employs patient-focused, peer-reviewed cases that cover clinical pathology and laboratory medicine topics for pathologists and medical technologists. Topic areas include body fluids, clinical chemistry, immunology, forensic pathology, hematology/coagulation, transfusion medicine, microbiology, and laboratory management.
You'll receive quarterly shipments of five cases each of:
- One comprehensive case that follows a patient through the course of laboratory evaluation
- Two levels of testing options with each exercise
- Full-color images, and/or laboratory data
- Tailored education discussions within 48 hours of submitted responses
- Laboratory and participant score reports
- Quarterly CE certificates
Pathology residents and fellows can participate at no additional fee.

The ASCP designates these educational activities for a maximum of 28 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activities.
These activities meet MOC Part II Lifelong Learning requirements.
