Free Session on T-Cell Lymphoma, now also available as web simulcast: The Diagnosis, Classification and Clinical Care of Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma
This specialized workshop Friday, Oct. 10, is open to the public free of charge – Those not registered for ASCP 2014, and anyone who wishes to join live via web simulcast, must simply fill out a session registration form in order to attend.
Through the course, pathologists will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of peripheral T-cell Lymphoma diagnosis and management in order to provide better patient outcomes.
Funded by an independent education grant from Seattle Genetics.
Free Symposium: The Role of the Multidisciplinary Care Team in Personalizing Treatment for Lung Cancer
Open to the public free of charge, this Friday morning Symposium (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM) offers a rare opportunity to learn from and interact with the entire multidisciplinary team: A Medical Oncologist, Thoracic Surgeon, Pulmonologist, and Pathologist. Interested attendees should fill out a session registration form. Breakfast refreshments will be provided.

Breakfast/Lunch Roundtable Sessions are now open for registration – and filling fast!
All Roundtable Sessions have now been announced and are opened for registration. New for 2014, roundtables are available for free to all Full Pass buyers only. Spots are being filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Selections can be made after registering for a Full Pass.
35 unique topics are being offered, with a maximum of 9 people allowed per session. Each session includes free breakfast or lunch, and is worth 1 credit. Attend up to 3 total sessions for free (one per day).

New "CMP Track" Developed for Laboratory Professionals
Newly developed this year for Laboratory Professionals is the 17-session CMP Track. Choose among sessions that help you meet your MLS/MLT CE requirements for CMP, covering topics in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine, and Microbiology.
ASCP 2014 now offers a total of 9 specialty tracks. Other tracks include Hot Topics in Clinical Pathology, Molecular Pathology, and a Lab/Business Management Track. See them all here.
New hands-on workshops announced for Tuesday, 10/7 at USF Health CAMLS, a new state-of-the-art medical simulation center
ASCP is proud to be partnering with the world's largest hospital-grade medical training facility, USF Health's new Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation (CAMLS).
On Tuesday afternoon, ASCP 2014 attendees will have the unique opportunity to tour and take part in hands-on learning experiences, including a new US-guided biopsy course, at the CAMLS facility located just steps away from the Tampa Convention Center.
The 90,000 square foot, $38 Million facility opened in February, 2012. Learn more about CAMLS at www.camls-us.org.
