Residents’ Study & Content Review
ASCP 2014’s 2-day Resident Review Mini-Course Series offers 7.5 hours of high-yield content for boards and daily practice. You’ll take part in interactive opportunities to test your knowledge, identify weaknesses, and learn from nationally recognized experts.

The series is comprised of five 1.5-hour sessions that cover an array of topics to properly prepare you for exam day. Find them in the session finder by searching for “Resident Review.”

Genomic Pathology Workshop for Residents
Saturday, October 11, 8am - 3:30pm, Tampa Marriott Waterside (Special Post-Meeting Event)

Using a case-based, interactive small-group approach, workshop participants will learn principles related to the development of genomic assays and interpretation of results. The workshop will also include practical hands-on instruction with the use of online genomic pathology tools. The session was developed by the Training Residents in Genomics (TRIG) Working Group. The TRIG Group is nationally recognized in the pathology community for developing tools to educate pathologists in genomic medicine.

Residents’ Keynote Lecture & Awards Ceremony
We are delighted to once again invite Residents to attend the 4th Annual Michele D. Raible Lecture for Residents: Pathology & Laboratory Medicine 20.20. The topic for 2014’s lecture is Professional Development; Patient Clinical Team, and will be presented by Henry M. Rinder, MD, FASCP.

During this lecture ASCP will also formally announce the two Resident Representative Leadership Award recipients.

The popular Residents Reception, held this year at nearby Jackson’s Bistro on the picturesque Riverwalk, lets you socialize with your peers in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.
