Susheela Bhat looks forward to attending her first ASCP Annual Meeting, Oct. 31–Nov. 3, in Boston, and having the opportunity to meet the individuals who make the Society a wonderful organization. She will serve as a Concierge Customer Service Representative to our International Pathologists and Laboratory Professionals, and will be on hand to answer any questions they may have.

Given that international visitors may have more varied questions than their American counterparts, Ms. Bhat will make every effort to put them at ease and assist them in networking and finding their way around. 

“My job is very customer focused,” said Ms Bhat, who joined ASCP in August as the new Social Media Manager. “If I can help our guests get information they need, I’m more than happy to do that. I want them to enjoy the Annual Meeting and not have to worry about the logistics.”
