ASCP Welcome & Opening Luncheon

Be front and center for the kickoff of the 2009 ASCP Annual Meeting on Thursday! Expect to be engaged and inspired at the new ASCP Welcome and Opening Luncheon celebration emceed by special entertainers from Chicago. This year, the highlight of the Annual Meeting opening celebration will be a powerful presentation by ASCP President Barbara J. McKenna, MD, FASCP, who will share her unique perspectives on the future of pathology and laboratory medicine.

Also this year, we will award prestigious ASCP Mastership designations to distinguished members who have made significant contributions to the field of pathology and laboratory medicine and to ASCP, as well as the ASCP Ward Burdick Award for Distinguished Service to Clinical Pathology. Incoming ASCP President Mark H. Stoler, MD, FASCP, will conclude the celebration with his view of the year ahead for ASCP.
